How do we work at diool?

At Diool we have a 100% remote culture. That doesn’t mean we don’t have offices, but we are very flexible on our team geographical location, as long as it is not counterproductive for the role.
Operations and other specific jobs such as sales managers, will tend to be office-based, as they include field activities and continuous team work with our country managers.

Where are our teams located?

Today, we cover two continents. We have one main office in Douala, Cameroon, from which we pilot our African operations.
Our tech team is based in Tunis, and a smaller management team is located in Paris.

Operations

Our ops members are problem solvers. They need to make sure that operational activities run as smoothly as possible. from providing users with a fitting environment to ensuring technical environment is always up and ready.

Marketing

Our marketing team is responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of the Diool brand. Their objective is to attract new users, finding the most innovative ways to catch them through both offline strategies and digital campaigns. Traffic analysis, CRM, growth…if you know, you know!

Sales / business development

Diool is growing fast. Our sales managers are expected to implement a business development strategy by optimizing the sales’ funnel, converting a cold lead into a Diool customer. Their role is to find new merchants, acquire potential business partners. Data-driven and business-oriented are must-have skills!

HR

No HR, no party! We look at ensuring a smooth and pleasant working environment, hiring matching profiles in a fast-paced context
For this, we need a human-resources manager who can support and design all the talent management and HR related processes.

Tech

Tech is at the centre of Diool, it is our DNA. We put much effort in shaping a R&D pole with dynamic and proactive profiles, both senior and junior. If you are a fast-learner, if you are tech-driven and understand user-needs, if you like finding innovative routes for optimizing an existing product, then we are looking for you!
You will be the creative, brainstorming mastermind behind the Diool App.
